The Art of Calm with Roger Hutchison

On Thursday, November 14th, the McKay Educational Resource Centre at Knox College hosted another engaging webinar titled “The Art of Calm,” featuring Roger Hutchinson.

Roger Hutchison is a Christian educator, artist, and author of books for children and adults alike. Roger’s most recent book, The Art of Calm, chronicles his own struggles with mental health and offers guidance and suggestions for spiritual practices that helped stabilize and sustain him in his own life and ministry. This session is part of the Webinar Series organized by the McKay Educational Resource Centre.
