How can we understand mission and ministry with Indigenous people in light of reconciliation?
Participate in the KAIROS Blanket Exercise, an activity outlining the 500-year relationship between Indigenous and non-Indigenous people. Join the panel discussion on the blessings and challenges of intercultural relationship building, the psychological impact of trauma on communities, and how churches can support reconciliation between Indigenous and non-Indigenous people in Canada. Worship with communion will reflect a diversity of cultures in the church.
